Connect an Android phone
Install the bridge APK, open the app, and press Start bridge. The phone auto-registers here on first contact — no token needed.

Add keyword rule
On match the script runs with env: SMS_FROM, SMS_BODY, SMS_KEYWORD, SMS_ID. Webhook gets JSON with HMAC signature header.

Global webhook
Payloads are signed X-SMSBridge-Signature: sha256=hmac(secret, body). Failed deliveries retry ×2.
